Product Description
1. Bed, column, saddle, table and spindle box and other major parts of the machine tool are high seismic performance of high-quality grey cast iron, by the ISO9000 quality system certification of professional enterprises, the casting process to take a special process to improve the mechanical properties of the material. The castings are aged twice to eliminate residual stresses within the material. As a result, the machine has excellent rigidity and vibration damping when used for heavy-duty or intermittent cutting, as well as good thermal stability and long-lasting precision stability. The machine is designed with X/Y/Z-axis line rail structure, and the three-direction line rail adopts heavy pre-pressure, which makes the machine take into account the characteristics of high-speed and high-precision, and also has excellent rigidity and production efficiency.
2. The main bonding surfaces of the optical machine assembly are scraped by manual fine scraping to ensure the effective contact area of the bonding surfaces.
3. Spindle adopts the precision spindle unit produced by professional manufacturer, and spindle bearings adopt the high precision angular contact thrust ball bearings of the world famous brand, which ensures the spindle has very high precision and rigidity. The spindle and motor pulley are dynamically balanced to ensure the accuracy and life of the spindle. The front cover of the spindle adopts air curtain protection function to prevent the intrusion of air dust and chip liquid. And the spindle with blowing function, each time before the tool change, compressed air from the middle of the spindle blowing through the spindle taper holes and shank part of the cleaning of the spindle taper holes and shank to remove the spindle taper holes and shank of the tool on the residue, so as to improve the combination of the spindle and the tool, and further to ensure that the combination of the spindle and the tool with a high degree of rigidity.
4. The machine tool feed components using imported high-precision ball screws, both ends of the support bearing are imported special bearings for screws, and pre-stretching of the ball screw; screw-motor connection with backlash-free elastic coupling, transmission without clearance, small moment of inertia, high transmission rigidity. The machine tool guideway vice adopts linear guideway imported from Japan or Taiwan. Screw, guide and equipped with a centralised automatic lubrication device, timed quantitative screw, guide automatic oil supply, so that the machine tool in the process of lubrication in the movement of the machine tool is sufficient to ensure that the machine tool has a very good fast response characteristics and low-speed feeding performance, longer service life, better accuracy retention.
5. Each axis adopts high-power AC servo electrode, which provides strong axial thrust, stable and strong cutting characteristics and locking torque at the part feeding speed, ensuring the absolute stability of each axis under any condition.
6. The I/O part of the machine adopts the printed circuit board and the CNC control part is highly integrated, which greatly reduces the failure rate and makes the wiring neat and reasonable. The electric cabinet has a heat dissipation device. 9. The tool changer adopts full servo to ensure the speed and stability of tool change.
